NEXIDIA NAMED 2010 CRM SERVICE RISING STAR BY CRM MAGAZINE

Nexidia has been named a Service Rising Star by CRM magazine, the leading publication in the customer relationship management industry.  Nexidia was singled out for the category of speech analytics for the contact center.  The magazine’s Rising Star Awards are based on combination of weighted criteria, including revenues and revenue growth, market share, customer retention, and reputation for customer satisfaction. Specifically, the Service Rising Stars recognizes companies that in the past year have made a significant impression on the industry.  

“What Nexidia’s been doing is concentrating on quantifying and articulating contact center benefits,” said Keith Dawson, principal analyst for information and communication technologies at Frost & Sullivan. “There’s been a shift in the way companies talk about speech analytics in the last year. Along with that shift, though, Nexidia is now here with products that shift that argument, too. That’s a significant step because it’s more than just talk—it’s a concrete example.”

NEXIDIA NAMED THE WINNER OF THE 2009 SPEECH ANALYTICS "MARKET LEADER AWARD"

Nexidia has been named the Winner of the 2009 Speech Technology magazine Market Leader Award in the Speech Analytics category for the third consecutive year, noted again for its industry-leading positions in cost, ease of use, and ease of installation.  Market Leader Awards are judged by an independent panel of industry analysts and Speech Technology editors. In the Speech Analytics category, judging was based on three dimensions: accuracy, depth of functionality, and customer satisfaction. The editors wrote, “…Not one to rest on its laurels, the company was busy upgrading its phonetics-based Enterprise Speech Intelligence (ESI) application and Workbench development environment, expanding its customer service and professional services organizations, and launching a Center of Excellence to showcase best practices and the economic and business values of speech analytics.”

NEXIDIA WINS CUSTOMER INTERACTION SOLUTIONS MAGAZINE'S 2008 PRODUCT OF THE YEAR AWARD

Nexidia wins top honors from Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC®) Customer Interaction Solutions magazine, the leading publication covering CRM, call centers and teleservices since 1982 for Nexidia ESI 7.0.   Featured in the January 2009 issue, the 11th Annual Product of the Year Award honors "outstanding innovation." The publication's editor commented: “I am pleased to honor Nexidia for their hard work and accomplishments. Their commitment to quality and excellence benefit the contact center experience as well as ROI for the companies that use them.  For 11 years, Customer Interaction Solutions magazine has recognized the companies which demonstrate excellence in technological advancement and application refinements.”

Market Leader Awards are judged by an independent panel of industry analysts and Speech Technology editors. In the Speech Analytics category, judging was based on three dimensions: accuracy, depth of functionality, and customer satisfaction. In an article announcing award winners, the editors wrote that Nexidia “retains the winner's spot it earned last year”, again topping competitors for both accuracy and overall customer satisfaction.

SOFTWARE CEO INNOVATION AWARD FINALIST

Nexidia was selected as a finalist in the SoftwareCEO Innovation Awards, which recognize the industry’s efforts and accomplishments in bringing innovative products and new business models to market. The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), the leading trade association for the world’s information technology (IT) industry, announced the finalists for the 2008 Awards, and Nexidia was named a finalist in the Company Achievement in Innovation category, given to companies who demonstrate extraordinary levels of substantial ongoing innovative activity in product design, development approaches, marketing, sales, and other business activities.

TECH50 AWARD

Nexidia was recognized by TechJournal South in the inaugural Tech 50, TechJournal's annual list of some of the most innovative technology firms in the Southeast region. The inaugural list looks at tech firms of the new millennium, focusing on some of the most innovative and promising tech firms launched in the Southeast since 2000. The list criteria focused on a variety of areas, such as unique technologies, management teams, market potential and market execution. Nominations were sought from venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and economic development executives.
