DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER
LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA
JOB SUMMARY
The Deployment Engineer works with Solution Architects and Project Managers within Nexidia's Technical Services team to configure and deploy customer solutions. The solutions are focused on systems integration among Nexidia products, telephony call recording systems and other sources of customer data. Deployment Engineers also provide escalation support for operational systems as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy and configure Nexidia Products per established procedures and checklists
- Upgrade existing systems, preserving any customizations that may be in place
- Develop and maintain installation/deployment checklists and procedures as product and deployment architectures evolve
- Support Solution Engineers during implementation of the system design
- Understand and adhere to Nexidia compliance standards as they appear in the Employee Handbook, Corporate Compliance Policies, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Advanced Windows server (IIS, Windows security, optimization, and troubleshooting)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, QoS)
- Security and encryption fundamentals (SSL/TLS, SSH, PGP)
- Web technologies (ASP.NET, XML, XSLT)
- SQL Server (DBA activities, experience with SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures)
- Articulate complex technical topics clearly and concisely to both business and technical audiences in both written and verbal form
- Meticulous about documentation and record-keeping
- Work successfully in a strong team environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics; equivalent work experience considered
- 4+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise software applications

SOLUTION ENGINEER
LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA
JOB SUMMARY
Works with Solution Architects and Project Managers to configure and deploy customer solutions. The Deployment Services team assesses the customer’s requirements and plans out the projects that will deliver a working solution. These projects involve system integration between Nexidia products, call recording systems, and other customer data sources, as well as hardware design and software product installation. The position also supports existing customers as their analysis needs and technical environment change over time. The Nexidia Deployment Services team helps them acquire additional data for analysis, troubleshoot integration problems, and accommodate changes in their call recording systems and other data sources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discuss product architecture and configuration with Solution Architects and Project Managers
- Configure and deploy integration components of customer implementations, including data mapping activities
- Produce system/integration design documents in consultation with internal stakeholders
- Maintain deployment documentation as products and customer configuration evolve
- Support Deployment Engineers during implementation of the system design
- Understands and adheres to Nexidia compliance standards as they appear in the Employee Handbook, Corporate Compliance Policies, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- May be called upon to support Deployment Engineers with installs, address Support tickets and other related duties
- Performs other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

EVENT MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA
JOB SUMMARY
The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for all tradeshow, conference and event activity that takes place inside and outside the organization. This role will support, facilitate and manage all events for Nexidia. This position will also manage lead generation activities such as email campaigns, webinars, etc. This person will perform database entry, organizational and reporting tasks, as well as some light administrative duties.
A successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in tradeshow and or event management. An ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the planning, management and promotion of corporate events and tradeshows. Extreme attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in an ever-changing environment is crucial to success. Basic understanding of SalesForce.com and marketing automation is a plus.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage tradeshow and conference events in their entirety for all vertical markets
- Coordinate with the appropriate vertical marketing manager on marketing plan for show, including messages and promotion of event
- Manage registration, shipping, show services and other fulfillment needs
- Manage budget detail for each show, staying within projected budget
- Manage additional activities related to events, such as dinners or receptions
- Provide detailed summary reports on event results
- Manage sales meetings, partner and customer events
- Source activities, restaurants, hotels, etc.
- Help coordinate travel arrangements for out of town staff or visiting guests/speakers
- Manage all on-site activities and necessary resource staff
- Set-up and manage third party websites/registration pages as needed
- Manage registration lists, coordinate invites with sales staff and other necessary parties
- Plan internal events such as holiday parties
- Create and manage email campaigns in Manticore or other marketing automation tool
- Manage daily leads from website
- Manage database needs and leads in SalesForce
- Manage leads from email campaigns, webinars, and other campaigns
- Source, maintain and inventory all Nexidia promotional items and sales collateral
- Prepare weekly marketing reports for web traffic, Google analytics, etc
- Manage Marketing expense reports, largely related to events
- Maintain and update website content on a regular basis
- Provide support to the sales team as needed
- Support all marketing campaigns and lead generation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BBA in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in tradeshow and/or events management preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Demands: Some overnight travel by car or plane may be required. Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
