Red Box Recorders and Nexidia Announce Joint Partnership Agreement at Call Centre Expo

The Partnership Has Been Established to Provide Affordable Speech Analytics Solutions to the SME and Emergency Services Markets

Call Centre EXPO, Birmingham UK – 22-23rd September 2009 – Red Box Recorders, the voice recording, storage and retrieval solution specialists, and Nexidia, the market-leading provider of audio search and speech analytics solutions, have joined forces in a powerful move designed to bring affordable analytics to the marketplace.  In an agreement announced today, Red Box Recorders will be reselling AudioFinder, Nexidia’s full-featured, stand-alone speech analytics solution to the Small to Medium sized Enterprise (SME) market and to their prime Emergency Services arena.  This will bring the power to directly analyse the ‘Voice of the Customer’ into the domain of most organisations and allow them to more fully understand business issues such as why their customers are calling and how can they improve services to achieve greater customer satisfaction in providing industry-leading ‘front line’ services.

Nexidia AudioFinder is a flexible, stand-alone application that enables users to index and search audio-video content with a high degree of accuracy and immediately play back the most crucial elements of the audio files for further investigation.  With tools for automatic call categorization as well as in-depth ad-hoc search, it brings the full power of Nexidia’s award-winning, patented Phonetic Search Engine (PSE) technology into a simple application that users can install and use on a single machine.  The application complements the single server Red Box offering which enables a total recording across all forms of communications including telephony, radio, TETRA, Airwave and IP devices.
